Testing laboratory

Seven stations that decide whether a needle leaves the building.

Before a batch is released it passes through the test room: geometry under the microscope, dimensions on the bench, then mechanical checks on instrumented rigs. Every reading is logged against the same limits we quote on the drawing.

Laboratory

Six rooms, one continuous sample path.

Physical, chemical and biological work share the same controlled area, so a sample never leaves the clean environment between one test and the next.

Production workshop

From moulding to a sealed blister, inside one cleanroom.

Consumable production runs as a single flow: assembly at one end, inspection and packaging at the other, with operators gowned throughout.

Manual inspection — skin rollers sorted and checked piece by piece in the cleanroom.
