Timerein is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production and supply of aesthetic medical consumables. We integrate raw material purification, product forming, aseptic filling, quality inspection and packaging within our operation. Focused on aesthetic medical devices and bioactive raw materials, our core product portfolio includes single-use sterile hypodermic needles, single-use blunt-tip cannulas, finished recombinant collagen products and recombinant collagen raw materials. We have a professional R&D team and a host of independent patented technologies.

Located in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, the enterprise enjoys convenient transportation. Our self-owned manufacturing facility is equipped with Class 100,000 clean workshops complying with GMP standards, an independent testing center and standardized warehouses, supported by complete automated production lines to meet the requirements of mass production, rigorous quality inspection and standardized storage.

The company has built a full-process closed-loop quality management system. We hold ISO13485 certification for medical device quality management, benchmark international compliance standards such as EU MDR, and maintain stable export qualifications to deliver compliant products to global markets.

Self-developed Collagen Platform

We cooperate with universities & research institutes. Adopting CRISPR gene editing and AlphaFold protein structure prediction, we have built dual expression systems (E. coli / Pichia pastoris). We independently develop type III & XVII recombinant human collagen strains with 100% human origin, high bioactivity and superior stability.

Stable Production Capacity
Scalable Fermentation & Purification Line

Our scalable fermentation & purification lines cover 10L–100L–1000L scale. Annual output: 500–500kg Type III collagen and 50–100kg Type XVII medical-grade collagen. We have Class II finished products on the market and are developing Class III aesthetic implant materials, integrating raw material and terminal formulation production.
